How It Works

We’re not usually into teddybears, but this site uses a collection of undeniably cute critters to introduce a nice collection of math and logic games for the very young. Several of these are simple enough for primary students, yet challenging enough for older users. If you teach the young ones, try this. From a small company in New Zealand.

How It Works

Designed for grades K-4 by NASA, this site introduces Earth sensing – observing and mapping the earth from the sky. Clever use of student artwork helps draw attention to the text, which traces the evolution of flight, space travel and satellites, showing how each was used to observe Earth. Students then offer hypotheses about Earth images taken from space.
