MathMagic on the Web!

— Swarthmore College

K-11 0 favorites 0 promising practices http://mathforum.org/mathmagic/ Last updated: Fri, 08/27/2021 - 11:47 share

How It Works

Encourage your math students to increase their communication and problem solving skills. This site posts activities and materials in downloadable MS Word format by grade level (K-3, 4-6, 7-9, and 10-12). Each grade section includes over 20 documents with sample problems and games to try out. Documents within the indexed sections are not labeled, so random searching is a necessity. Although this site lacks in imaginative design, it does provide practical ideas for math teachers needing a bit of inspiration. Teacher creativity must be added, though! Developed by Alan Hodson.
